Before submitting this request, please check your PINS account statement. If you notice that some PINS for your activities/purchases are missing, please fill in the form for claiming missing PINS below. Attach a copy of receipt, invoice or other purchase document so we can credit PINS properly. Please note that PINS allocation frequency may differ by Partner as well as validity for claiming missing PINS.
