Exchange HHonors points for PINS
Hilton HHonors allows PINS members to exchange HHonors points for PINS. The exchange rate is 10 000 HHonors points to 1000 PINS. Exchange in increments of 10 000 PINS.
Terms and conditions
A stay means one or more consecutive nights spent by a PINS member booked at an eligible rate at any one participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
Eligible rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet wholesaler or third party rates.

Crediting the PINS & claiming missing PINS
After the transaction at this partner the PINS will be credited to your account within: 6 weeks
If you notice that some PINS you have earned are missing, please contact PINS Member Service. You will have to provide a copy of your purchase receipt, reservation or invoice for us to verify the transaction. To be eligible for a retro claim you need to be a PINS member on the date of the transaction.
