Terms and conditions

PINS can be received at any published rate for an eligible stay except:

  • complimentary, free or barter rooms,
  • employee rates, airline employee rates,
  • wholesale tour group or third party web site rates.

PINS credit will only be awarded for rooms purchased by an eligible member for his or her own occupancy and are limited to credit for one person per room per stay.

Crediting the PINS & claiming missing PINS

After using this partner’s services, PINS will be credited to your account within 4 to 6 weeks.

If 4 to 6 weeks after your stay at the hotel you notice that the PINS you have received are still missing, submit a retro claim here: www.radissonblu.com/en/missing-miles
