PINS recognizes and rewards those customers who have flown an exceptional amount. Executive and VIP members are entitled to benefits that make their journey with airBaltic even more comfortable.

Information below applies to flight tickets purchased from 1 May 2018.

You will receive PINS for the fare paid and the eligible fees included in the total amount of the ticket, such as taxes and fuel charges. PINS will only be given for flights operated by airBaltic and the amount of money spent on them. This applies to ancillary products bought on airBaltic website only.

***** Service class upgrade terms and conditions
  • 5 upgrade vouchers are awarded within one qualifying year of the VIP status.
  • The departure date of the upgraded flight cannot be later than the last day of the qualifying year of the VIP status.
  • The upgrade voucher can be used to upgrade another passenger. 
  • The original ticket type must be Basic or Premium, and the ticket must be issued as an airBaltic document (the ticket No. begins with 657). 
  • The upgrade can only be used on airBaltic operated flights with a BT flight No.
  • PINS flights that have been bought with PINS are not eligible for upgrades.
  • The original ticket rules apply to flight date/time changes, and the upgrade is not transferred to the new flight.
  • The original ticket rules apply to ticket cancellations and refunds.
  • The upgrade voucher is non-refundable and cannot be used on a different flight if the original ticket is not used.
  • PINS for upgraded tickets are awarded in accordance with the original ticket rules.
  • One voucher can be used towards upgrading one passenger on one flight segment. If the booking includes several passengers and/or several segments, each connection and/or passenger requires a separate voucher.
  • The upgrade is subject to seat availability on the selected flight.
  • The upgrade must be requested at least three working days before the scheduled departure by contacting PINS customer service.
  • Upgrade vouchers are digital, and are not sent to the passenger's e-mail or physical address.
 

The information on this page applies to flights operated by airBaltic.

Members receive Executive and VIP cards within 14 days of the date of the level upgrade.

The expiry date on the card is the same as your status validity.
